Japanese whiskey is more likened to Scotch than American styles, with a mellow flavor profile. Created with Japanese whiskey, Kokuto “black sugar” simple syrup and Black walnut bitters, it is classically garnished with an orange peel or dehydrated orange slice and optional Luxardo cherry. These are quite easy to sip; beware. Allow 1-2 per person.

A close cousin to the Old fashioned, this cocktail is a perfect balance of rye whiskey, Peychaud’s bitters, sugar, and absinthe served on-the-rocks and simply garnished with a lemon twist. This citrus-forward martini, perfectly balanced and refreshingly tart, is served in a sugar rimmed chilled martini glass and garnished with a lemon twist. Made with Citron vodka, fresh lemon juice, Cointreau, and simple syrup, this is an all-time favorite.

Mezcal, silver tequila, pear juice, agave and fresh ginger create a knock-out flavor profile that is ever so perfect for sitting by the firepit on a cool evening. Garnished with candied ginger and applewood smoked salt-rimmed glass. One of my all-time favs. Great with a bowl of fresh popped corn.

Same ingredients as the Classic Margarita but with the addition of homemade slightly spicy tomatillo sauce. Garnished with tajin-rimmed glass and optional serrano pepper slice, sprig of cilantro and / or dehydrated lime wheel.
